Genesis Literary Promotions privacy policy
Genesis Literary Promotions keeps personal information regarding the client confidential. The only information that is released is the pen name (real name is never divulged), and information that is pertinent to the promotions. Email addresses and any other personal information is not divulged during promotion. Any information that is provided by the client, and needed for promotion, will be used. By becoming a client, the client agrees to use their brand's image (photo of author or graphic) and will post the biography that is provided by the client.
Content Policy
Content created by Genesis Literary Promotions is owned by Genesis Literary Promotions. This content includes unique promotional text, "tag lines" created for authors, and other new or uniquely created content that is written by Genesis or its publishing company, Essence Publishing. All graphic and Logos for Genesis Book Promotions & Blog Tours has been created by Essence Publishing and is copyrighted. Only can a client use the logo or likeness of Genesis's graphics, is by explicit written permission and consent.

Any information provided by the client such as book covers, logos, client pictures, book synopsis, excerpts, client provided tag lines is owned by the client, and giving Genesis permission to use in their individual promotions.
