At Genesis Literary Promotions, we still have our Build your own (or we'll build it for you) promotion. We recently added a package for children's and young adults authors, or children that are authors. We have the same package, but now it is called the "Shirley Temple" package.
We also decide that sometimes it is easier to create packages that are standard and not customized, when the author does not know which one to select, or what would benefit them. The customized packages, also allow us to aid the author to spend within their budget.
